Ok so I am starting a little earlier this year. 18 days until the show. Looking forward to it already. Knowing that the preparation for each show begins 12 months in advance just adds to the anticipation. This year I will try to add more comentary, crowd shots and club displays. The problem is with around 1800 models in the room there is a lot to see.. Yes that number is right we coerced a son of a committee member to count them... So consider this a warm up post. Any special news I have in advance I will try to post it.

Expo 2015 is almost upon us

By chance I saw a poster advertising the expo in a shop window. It brought back heaps of memories of when I made models as a kid. so I checked out the website and that got me fired up even more. I'm looking forward to attending the expo, but it will be more than just a trip down memory lane. Nowadays it looks like people of all ages enjoy the hobby. I haven't built a model kit since 1975, but I wouldn't be surprised if the expo got me into it again :)
